Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt or blueberry flavoured
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
honey
Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until
smooth and creamy.
*Makes about 1 cup.
